St David\u2019s Hospice is here for people across Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey, providing expert, compassionate care when it matters most.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We support people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and loved ones, with care that focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life.<\/p>\n

What we do<\/h2>\n

Our care is tailored to the needs of each person we support. That may include inpatient care, day services, hospice at home, or emotional and practical support for families.<\/p>\n

We work alongside people and their families to provide reassurance, relieve symptoms and help them make the most of every day. Our teams bring clinical expertise, kindness and understanding, helping people feel supported, safe and respected throughout their journey.<\/p>\n

St David\u2019s Hospice exists because every person deserves compassionate care at the end of life, and every family deserves support too. We believe no one should face serious illness alone.<\/p>\n

As an independent local charity, we rely on the support of our communities to continue our work. Every donation, shop purchase, event and fundraiser helps us care for local people in Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.<\/p>\n

Our history<\/h5>\n

St David\u2019s Hospice was founded in 1999 to ensure people across North West Wales receive the care, comfort and dignity they deserve at the end of life. From our early days in Llandudno to caring for people across Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey, we have always focused on providing compassionate, specialist care close to home.<\/p>\n

Over the years, our hospice, community services and support for families have grown thanks to the generosity of local people, volunteers and partners. Today, we continue to build on that legacy, adapting to the needs of our communities while staying true to the values that shaped us.<\/p>\n

St David\u2019s Hospice was officially opened by HRH Prince Charles on May 27, 1999<\/p>\n

St David\u2019s Hospice is more than a place, it\u2019s a community of care, compassion and support, built by local people for local people.<\/h6>\n
