I Paul Woodall, daeth y cysylltiad hwnnw drwy therapi celf.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roedd Paul wedi bod yn mynychu sesiynau therapi celf dan arweiniad yr Artist Therapiwtig Suzy Morris, a daethant yn rhan werthfawr a phwysig o&#8217;i drefn wythnosol. Cyn iddo farw, rhannodd Paul gyda ni sut mae&#8217;r sesiynau hyn wedi gwneud gwahaniaeth rhyfeddol yn ei fywyd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMae therapi celf wedi gwneud gwahaniaeth mawr i\u2019m hagwedd at fy agwedd,\u201d eglurodd Paul. \u201cMae\u2019r amser a dreulir gyda Suzy yn codi fy ysbryd ac rwy\u2019n treulio\u2019r awr gyfan yn hapus wedi fy ngwrthdynnu oddi wrth fy mhryderon a\u2019m gofidiau canser.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roedd creu celf yn fwy na dim ond gweithgaredd wythnosol; roedd yn llenwi ei gartref a&#8217;i fywyd \u00e2 llawenydd. \u201cRydym yn treulio wythnos gyfan yn paratoi darnau ar gyfer sesiwn yr wythnos ganlynol.\u201d \u201cMae gan ein t\u0177 yr holl bethau amrywiol rydym wedi&#8217;u gwneud yn y sesiynau o gwmpas\u2014yn fy atgoffa y gall bywyd fod yn hwyl ac nid yn unig yn ddu a thywyll.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taith a Rennir<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un o agweddau unigryw ein sesiynau cyflenwol yw bod croeso i gleifion ddod ag aelod o&#8217;r teulu, ffrind, neu ofalwr gyda nhw. Mynychodd Paul ei sesiynau gyda&#8217;i wraig, Debbie, ac roedd y profiad yr un mor ystyrlon iddi hi. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae&#8217;r sesiynau wedi ein helpu ni&#8217;n dau drwy wneud i Paul anghofio am y canser a gwneud iddo wenu.
